Background: The 5-year survival rate for patients with advanced pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs) is less than 30%. Notch signaling is a transmembrane receptor pathway with four distinct isoforms, activation of which is linked to cellular differentiation, cell fate, and viability.
